The scenic shores of the Priest Rapids Project are a treasure for all, from those who visit for a few hours to those spending a lifetime living and playing on the shoreline. It is our responsibility to protect the quality of the land, shorelines and river for all to enjoy.

Grant PUD can allow certain long-term uses of its fee-owned property, such as operation of commercial marinas, 公共码头, 灌溉排水系统. We are proud of the trust the public, agencies and tribal stakeholders have placed in us to manage the lands and waters of the Priest Rapids Project. Our record of meeting the obligations of these stakeholders is reflected in the following documents:

PRIEST RAPIDS PROJECT LICENSE (FERC License)

In 2008, the Federal 能源 Regulatory Commission issued a new 44-year license for continued operation of the Project.
FINAL 401 WATER QUALITY CERTIFICATION

Section 401 of the Federal Clean 水 Act is issued by the Washington State Department of Ecology. The certification proposes ways for Grant PUD to comply with state water-quality standards and other regulations protecting the environment.
